Conditions Parking Caravanpark

PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

By signing the contract, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the parking terms and conditions published on our website.

We have theft and fire insurance.

WINTER OPENING HOURS

The parking facility is closed from the end of September, but we open on the first Saturday of every even-numbered month. Access must always be requested at least 5 days in advance.

CONDITION OF CARAVANS AND SIMILAR VEHICLES

The caravan or similar vehicle must be in suitable condition for transportation, both in terms of its physical condition and its documentation. The owner of the caravan will always be responsible for this.

PRICES

Rates may be revised without prior notice.

SALE OF CARAVANS AND SIMILAR VEHICLES BY CUSTOMERS

Customers are strictly prohibited from using the parking facility as a platform for selling caravans or similar vehicles.

REPAIRS

We offer workshop services.

TRANSPORT

We offer transportation services.

COLLECTION / DELIVERY OF CARAVANS AND SIMILAR VEHICLES

Collections and deliveries must be agreed upon at least 1 week in advance.

UNPAID PARKING FEES

From the second year of non-payment, the parking fee will be charged at a daily rate of €4 per day.

Caravans and similar vehicles subject to unpaid fees will be valued once the outstanding debt exceeds the value of the caravan or similar vehicle. The vehicle may then be sold in order to settle the outstanding debt.

PARKING PAYMENT

Parking fees must be paid in advance.

Under no circumstances will the fee be refunded once the caravan has been placed in the parking facility, as the parking facility has a limited number of spaces and is currently fully occupied.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

Caravanpark reserves the right to terminate the parking agreement with any customer at any time for justified reasons.
